So apparently Bengalurians supporting the cricket club - RCB in IPL cricket tournament termed online hashtag of #ESCN (ee sala cup namde) meaning in english "This time the cup is ours". And also since it is election time out here in state of Karnataka, just used this hash tag in funny - however here it means "This time the chair is ours".
