Kuvempu short for Kuppali Venkataiah Puttappa was Jnanpith Awardee for his immense contribution to Kannada Literature, a great poet who was reformist and coined the term ‘Vishwa Manava’ meaning  one universe one mankind with no boundaries and hence said ‘Every child, at birth is Universal Man’. Today to honour him on his birthday google too came up with fabulous doodle and here is my mark of respect 🙏🏾

When you are working with people globally and are catching up time zones , sure you would mix them up somewhere 😉

Impressed with ipad pro and ipencil

Been busy with my other work @ office and hence wasn't able to doddle much. But thanks to my friend who was visiting India from US and had him bring me ipad pro and ipencil. Surely, quite impressed with what it offers ! along with AutoDesk SketchBook am able to digitize my hand drawing much faster.

Anyways while it is Lord Ganesh Chaturthi festival and at the end of the festive the lord Ganesh is immersed in water as rituals - but seems rituals is happening at the start of festive itself and here is a funny take on it !

Funny incident - what are the chances ?

Well after I did a cartoon on the Belanduru lake forth - my friend shared a cartoon by respected cartoonist Mr.Neelabh Banerjee (http://www.neelabhtoons.com/) and scolded me to ask if I copied the idea 😋 , apparently I had not seen the work of Mr.Neelabh Banerjee until I was made aware of ! - Must say its freaking coincidence.

There has been chemical wastage with out any treatment left into two huge lake - Varthuru and Bellanduru , and these chemicals are causing forth time and again. While the authorities have just been building barricade around the lake from the forth spilling over to roads but not much to use as the forth still spills over on road.
