No place for "Common Man"

The great cartooning legend of India RK Laxman was rejected enrollment by J.J School of Arts (reputed institution of arts in India) in 1930's as his "drawings failed to conform to the high expectations". And once he passed away, the Chief Minister said to have open a museum in the same institution as mark of remembrance - but the Ironically some Artist groups and association are opposing it and are likely to approach the Chief Minister of Maharashtra to reconsider his decision as the Institution is still due to open a museum to show other elite artists who's work haven't been displayed yet anywhere and displaying the RK Laxman cartoon's would be insult to these artists :). Nevertheless what ever is the issue felt will put up my funny take on this issue starring famous cartoon character of RK Laxman "Common Man"
