Cartoon - Price Hike !

Well in our state of Karnataka - India , the state government plans to increase rate of Milk, as they feel the milk farmers are been paid less. So, here is my funny take on the this increase in rate of Milk. By the way the pun is much better in my native language "Kannada" and hence the cartoon is in Kannada.

And here is the English translation

The husband has the quantity of milk cut down to Half liter to mitigate the rate hike. 

So the wife to husband : Is half liter "Hol" (Milk in Kannada) enough ? You don't seem cut down on full bottle of "Alco-Hol" what ever the rate is !
