You can't take away cricket from N Srinivasan

Must say this one of my fav :) probably because it is related to cricket the game I love, eat and sleep, There was a news article which said a BCCI meeting was adjourned due to Mr. N Srinivasan presence and this made me to give a funny touch to it

Life as it is :)

Back here in India - every other India parent in 90's wanted their kids to take up engineering and go into the software industry which offered a descent enough salary which many says catapulted many families from lower middle class to upper middle class.

While yes the software jobs were happening - slowly into the job many people would develop other interests which were probably long lost (in my case cartooning) or a new found interest. But, then there is catch ! well the cartoon explains it :)

Onion price on the rise

India was bogged down with sudden spike in onions prices and hence did this toon as my funny take on this scenario :)

PS: The man address the lady as "Ammavare" - which means Madam in Kannada language (my mother tongue)

This cartoon was for one of online portal which caters to kannada movies promotions. This success of this cartoon made to come up with blog as well. There was surprise that this cartoon appeared in kannada daily Udayavani along with a cartoon of another awesome and great cartoonist Satish Acharya

Most of these cartoons were specifically for NamCinema.com (online kannada movie promotional website). Yes these were very amateurish work to start of with

Bangalore Ice Bucket Challenge : The above cartoon was a funny side of Ice bucket challenge because most didn't know the actual cause in India (could be else where as well) and they thought this was fun to just pour cold water on themselves. So, drew this cartoon where the above person calls for his wife to capture his cold water bath as Ice bucket challenge since there is no hot water in Solar and also there is no power to heat the water in geyser 

This is talk between two colleagues where they plan to a kannada movie - and the other person discourages saying most kannada movies are remake. So, in further conversation the colleague ask how his coding going on and the reply is he is just been doing Copy Paste (which is irony that the same guy doesn't expect it to happen in movies, while he performs same when he is coding).
