Contesting in the FB caricature contest , this time it was the Surreal Artist and multi-talented Salvador Dali. I had to come up with a surreal caricature as a tribute to this man and hence this "Spidey-Dali"

Cartoon - No Me-h Me-h please

2019 elections in India has seen a huge spurt in parties throwing brick-brats against each other to sway voters to vote them. But it turned to all new level one person did a MEME about Chief Minister of West Bengal . The person was arrested - though the MEME had no disrespect to anyone.

The person arrested did get huge support from social media platform and eventually was released ONLY when Supreme Court of India had to intervene.

So, here is cartoon of course in funny angle.
 

Digital Caricature - Dr Satish Sringeri

So, Cartoonist's from Karnataka got together to create Caricature Spirit contest and the very first personality to caricature for the contest was Late Dr. Satish Sringeri. Dr Satish was Ayurveda practitioner and also eminent cartoonist among India. He is also elder brother to Cartoonist Raghupati Sringeri.





And while I did this caricature did capture the time lapse video as below.

Words come short to describe about this man and his stature , lovingly called Annavaru (meaning Big Brother). While is not present with us today but his legacy will be eternal and forever !

Cartoon - An eye for eye

Not that I feel great doing cartoons which has some disturbing news associated with it. Recently we had terrorist attacks on Sri Lanka which has been devastating in terms of human causalities and also the timing of it - Easter morning when everyone had occasion to rejoice it turned out to be otherwise. And also people around the globe who had traveled to Sri Lanka for tourism also were effected badly.  I Hope sense prevails over the world and there is Peace among everyone on earth.

Reading the updates got to know that the terrorists did this cruel act to avenge the terrorist attack on Mosque in New Zealand. And hence this cartoon a eye for eye makes whole world blind.

This time in the FB Caricature spirit contest it was Jim Carrey - one of the famous Actor and Comedian from Hollywood. The caricature was inspired from one of his hilarious character in "Dumb and Dumber" movie , for me as a teenager growing up loved watching his comedy movies.
